Cher Anderson

She is a self taught fine artist who became a graphic designer by trade in 1991. She spent the next 30 plus years working with product development and design for the nutritional supplement industry.

Cher’s commitment to her art, the natural world and her passion for animals has driven her to teach herself everything she has needed and continues to need to be the creative artist she desires to become. Cher believes that you never stop learning, in any industry, knowledge is always available and ready to be incorporated in life. As a wildlife artist, she continues to study those who are great at their trade. “Every bit I learn takes me a step closer to my goal”

Cher became involved in the organization based in Vancouver, BC named Artists for Conservation and has participated as an artist in their annual juried exhibit for seven consecutive years. She has also become a Patron to the organization and a member of their Board of Directors facilitating opening the AFC’s Canadian sister in the United States.

I hope to one day be an amazing artist and be remembered by my love for the animals I encountered throughout the world and that I have painted”
